Seals
The last of this season’s Grey Seals left us a couple of weeks ago and hopefully they will all now be settling in with the wild Firth of Forth population.
We currently do not have any rescued or injured seal pups at Deep Sea World. We are due to receive some common seal pups within the next month or so. Keep checking this page for updates.
Shark Awareness Course
Deep Sea World has just launched a shark course. The Shark Awareness course is for qualified divers, designed to advance their knowledge and understanding of sharks and how to dive safely with them. The full day course includes lunch and consists of lectures on shark biology and conservation to sharks in the UK and how to dive safely with them. The course concludes with a dive in our shark tank, amongst one of Europe's largest collections of sand tiger sharks.
